Go Traktora attended the 78th Induction and Turnover Ceremonies held by JCI Manila on January 30, 2026, at Okada Manila. JCI believes in empowering the next generation of leaders, emphasizing that true leadership is rooted in continuous guidance and intentional growth. To support this vision, a booth was set up featuring brochures and branded merchandise to engage with guests and provide them with a tangible connection to our mission.

This event allowed us, through our interactive booth and networking, to demonstrate being committed to our partners and the community in every season. We recognized that leadership is not a static role but a dynamic responsibility, we learned to be adaptable in how we support new leadership transitions, reliable in our presence at key industry milestones, and fueled by the drive to be excellent in providing inspiration for young attendees. By creating a supportive environment of mentorship, we aim to empower these emerging leaders to confidently pursue their own paths and embrace their roles with purpose.
